Lana‘i baptist church

loving God, loving people, loving the island

Everyone Is Welcome

Lana'i is a unique island in Hawaii, often called the "Secluded Island." Our church is located in a strategic place to minister in Jesus' Name. Formerly the largest pineapple plantation in the world, after Dole moved their pineapple operations to The Philippines, the island of Lana'i became one of the premiere resort destinations in the world. Two five-diamond resorts are managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Lana'i Baptist Church is located on the corner of 6th and Gay Streets in the heart of Lana'i City, one block from the school and two blocks from Dole Park. Our worship is casual. When you worship with us you'll see us in slacks and Aloha shirts, shorts and T-shirts, and other island-friendly attire. It's not what we wear on the outside that matters but what God is doing on the inside. And your religious background is not our primary concern. Though we are a Baptist church, we have members and attenders from a wide variety of faith traditions: Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, and some with no or little religious background at all. We focus on community in the midst of diversity.
